 Here's a live video basically talking about the forums and code optimizations mainly.. I'm really just testing video recording on a different machine with a head set mic etc.. sadly the results are pretty sucky, but content is ok so here it is

hey kev

this turned out to be good. crank up the audio and it's fine.
i like it when you explain details of what's under the hood of playbasic. when you understand these then the optimisation makes logical sense.

i think that beginners would find it better to see this video, then read this crash course forum because after a video overview it would be less daunting to then read all the forum info. this is because they would understand what they are reading as they come up to each subject.

keep the videos rolling. i am certainly enjoying them.

  shot a bunch more in that session but they all have huge sync problems, tried to fix them and render them but not luck as yet..   I dunno what people use to screen capture / record but I guess my systems are too slow..  which in 2017 seems a bit odd to me..  but oh well
