Why do i keep getting this message up!?

so are you installing over the base retail (or previously complete) installation ?  i'd say not.  


To check this, run the validate app.   This program looks through the folder you give it to try and ID complete installs.   if anything is missing it'll display errors in the console.

just a suggestion.  to help people that don't upgrade using the correct procedure, which seems to keep happening, is it possible to add another line to the error message saying "Must install patch over existing version of PlayBasic", or something along those lines.
it would prevent asking on the forums over and over again.

After running i get this :-

Which means your not installing over the pre-existing complete version, since updates can only include the main files that have changed, not all files.
