I am new to PB so I want to ask: What is the use of mappers like Play Mapper and why do people make new mappers for there games? Also, what do you get from using a mapper? what outputs out of it?

PlayBasic has rich set of commands to handle maps and 2D cameras and map editors, as the name suggests, help you to create maps for your game.

Hi,

mappers are useful tools to help you to make/create easy maps for your games, but you still need graphical tiles and you still have the doing to put it in your games...

have a look at PlayMapper... This is a Mapper programmed in PB for PB and I think for other programming languages too...

Try it...
