Mappy Support Library For PlayBASIC

Here's a quick port of my own DB/Dbpro mappy library to PB.   It certainly doesn't support importing all mappys features, but it should be fine for drawing your basic 2D scrolling maps with, if you like.  

  The pic bellow is just one the sample maps running in PB.
