Linker error or what ?

Hi!

Moved from dead WinXP machine to Win7 64 bit Home Basic. All goes smooth with PB ( i mean all programms in PB runs Ok ), but today when i try to compile i got this error message:

ERROR COULDN't LOCATE LINKER

So, F5 works, but F4 not
Any ideas what may go wrong ?

Another HDD crash and some files was completly lost. Thats why another question - how i can redownload PlayBasicV163m_Retail_Setup.exe  ? I have all upgrades and learning edition. When i try to register with my serial number ( I bought PB in 2005 on TGC ) i got "invalid stream handle" error
