Nope, otherwise you'd have to enter it during every upgrade.

  The IDE outdated and hence it's looking for the certificate to be stored locally in the PB folder.  It isn't.  You could manually copy the certificates folders there if you'd like.  Which would probably make it happy.   But it doesn't make any difference.
