Maximized IDE Offset from Window

Haven't thought too much about this, but rather wrote it off as a quirk initially, but I finally thought I'd say something.

The maximized PlayBasic IDE, for me, has a slight offset between the Windows Start bar and the actual start of the IDE. (Screenshot added.)

I'm running Vista, in 1280x800 (13" widescreen laptop). The offset is clearly visible in the screenshot, anyway.
