Here, here. You cannot argue with the facts...........OOPS is more like it.

    It's interesting, as that given the  push in this direction and the shear adoption rate OOP in recent years,  you'd think there would more studies backing up this shift.   There's lots of opinion, but not much in the way of fact.   Which is surprising..

Sounds like software development in a nutshell, I think. "...lots of opinion, but not much in the way of fact," that is. Everyone says one thing or other about favorite languages, memory management practices and so on, but it's usually just arguments over preference.

I agree. OOP is not my world. But the biggest round oath is OOP + .NET, these make programming incomprehensible, and not easier.
