Which version?

I'm a very,very new user and I am a bit confused. Which version would you recommend to install to learn PlayBasic?
I am currently using 1.71g. Since I have no old code to break...(well, actually,it's all broken) should I stay where I am at or go back to the 1.63 level?

If you're not familiar with V1.63/V1.64, then that's where you should start.

You won't like my question, but what about PB1.7x ?

A few months ago you said that 1.6x was the last... but this version is still alive with a lot of updates ???

To be simple, I expect the 1.7x a full camera support and effects on sprites. But I don't really understand what are your projects with PB.

When the 1.7x will be updated ? In 6 months, more ? (it's just questions)
