load/save array

I'm migrating from DB and want to know if there are any commands analogous to Dark Basic's Load Array and Save Array. Some way to store positions and other data in an external file. What are my options? I just want to load and edit stuff without contaminating my main program.

Look at WriteFile, loadfile, writeByte, etc. put your cursor on something like writefile, and hit F1, there is an example at the bottom.
