Problem installing PB

Well, I pulled my playbasic software off of the shelf (got uninstalled when I wiped my computer this summer) and can't seem to get it up and running again.

I run the playbasic demo installer, but when I try to download the retail patch, it seems I can't log in to the site anymore. My password's no good, and I can't seem to find the retail version upgrader in my folder, though I still have my serial number and all that in the email.

Am I missing something obvious here (I have this terrible habit...), or has something been changed?

Did I need to keep the file itself, and not just the download info? If so, is there a way to recover it? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide on this.

Yep, you've always expected to keep ( backup) your retail installer!   This is the base product, from there you can patch your older version into the newest version.

I'll send an updated  in a minute.

edit: done,  Check your Email !

Ah, Kevin. Thanks a ton.

UW has by far the best customer service and most helpful community I've ever come across in for any company, online or not. Kudos for that.

Cheers!
