EXE error: error number:(1) at line: (1)

Hello,
I successfully tested a program I created to simulate car engine with acceleration and brakes (sound effects).

But when I compiled it (successfully), I executed such file (from the same directory where is located PB project) but I obtained this error (see attachment). Can you help me?   :'(

(I cannot show this demo to my friends, since I cannot create the exe and distribute it!).

I solve the mistery! I installed new 1.48c version... such version give me the error!
So I substituted the old version, and it works correctly.
